This one-of-a-kind jacket began its life as a simple wool sweater — 70% pure wool, soft and timeworn. Through a slow and meditative process, it was transformed by hand using over 900 meters of mostly wool yarn, interwoven with care through detailed crochet work. The result is a sculptural, tactile piece that balances structure and softness, tradition and reinvention.
Each stitch is a testament to time: not only to the hours spent in its making, but also to the garment’s journey from a forgotten item into a wearable artwork. The process is visible — the past is honored, not hidden.
Crafted with an emphasis on sustainability, patience, and the beauty of imperfection, 900 METERS LATER is more than a jacket. It’s a story of reimagining value, a celebration of slowness, and a tribute to handcraft as resistance to disposable fashion.
Thank you for supporting sustainable and thoughtful fashion.
