1. Overview

1.1 Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

1.2 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging with all tags attached. In order to reduce our environmental impact, we encourage you to make mindful choices when selecting OSKJONHEIT garments and to consider a no-return option whenever possible.

1.3 However, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. We offer returns within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

1.4 For a smooth return process, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) before returning your item.

2. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

2.1 Without prejudice to your statutory rights, we offer the option of returning merchandise within 14 days of receipt.

2.2 All returns require a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). Returns without an RAN will not be accepted. Please contact our customer service team at [email address] to obtain a Return Authorisation Number before returning your item.

2.3 You are responsible for any return shipping costs. We are not responsible for return shipping costs or duty reimbursement for international purchases. Please use a trackable shipping method and keep proof of postage until you receive your refund. For EU and international returns, please clearly mark the package and commercial invoice as ‘Returned Goods’ to avoid customs delays.

2.4 Items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and undamaged, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging. The item should not show any signs of wear and should only have been tried on as you would in a shop. Please ensure the item is free from any marks, stains, odors, or damage to the fabric. If the item meets these criteria, it will be considered returned within 14 days of shipment.

2.5 Our team will inspect the returned item to verify its condition. Any items that do not meet these requirements, or are returned after 14 days, may not be accepted for return or exchange.

2.6 Please note that the return option does not affect your statutory warranty rights. The return option does not apply to gift vouchers or items marked as final sale.

3. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

3.1 If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.

3.2 If the refund is not reflected, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

4. PRICES

4.1 All prices are displayed in Euros, including VAT, but excluding customs fees and other taxes. For international orders outside of the EU, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and any other fees may apply upon arrival, and are the responsibility of the customer.
